AM Advisory (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a trading name of AM Business & Taxation Pty Ltd (ABN 27 610 871 933), a business advisory, taxation, accounting and finance services provider based at Suite 43, Level 4, 410 Church Street, Parramatta, NSW, Australia. AM Advisory has been operating since 2015, supporting individuals, families, businesses and franchise owners with accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax, business advisory and finance/lending services.

Ashish Chokhal is a Credit Representative (CRN 502474) (CA 468708).

Mahesh Thapa is a Credit Representative (CRN 482856).

7. Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing

AM Advisory is committed to complying with its obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth) (“AML/CTF Act”) and is enrolled with the Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (AUSTRAC) as a reporting entity. Before we can provide certain services to you, we are required by law to verify your identity and, where relevant, the identity of any beneficial owners of an entity you represent, using reliable and independent documents or data.

We may ask you to provide identification documents (such as a driver licence, passport, or company/trust documents) before we can commence or continue providing a service, and we may be unable to proceed, or may need to pause or delay a service, until this verification is complete.
